A Passionate educator and child development expert, Rupa Chauhan has over three decades of experience in dealing with children in the age group of 3 to10 years. Her specialisation in Child Development helps her to understand children, their emotional, psychological, social, physical and intellectual needs. Being from a defence background, she has had exposure to education and experience in teaching and administration in schools across the country. This has help her to be actively involved in understanding, introducing and delivery of curriculum catering to child-centric needs. In the past three decades, heading the best international school in the NCR have honed her skill-set as a pedagogy and administrator. Moreover, the edupreneurs with whom she has be associated with, have enhanced her expertise on the know-how of running a school, managing the parent community while ensuring that the core focus on educational nuances remains at the forefront always. She is presently the Head of School, Kunskapsskolan International, Gurgaon.

She has been heading Toddlers Transformation from 2016. Her vision in establishing toddler transformation is that every child must get the opportunities to develop – skills, so that they flourish into responsible and confident young adults. Toddlers Transformation has today presence is six states of India. Toddler Transformation has been an active contributor during COVID-19 by extending their support to the marginalized and migrant labourers. Rupa is a receipient of ‘the visionary’ skills of 21st Century Award and Lifetime Educator Award for her three decades of innovative teaching and contribution for student learning.

Hemant Swaroop has a decade experience in political lobbying, geopolitical partnering, new business modeling and global business intelligence research for boosting cross country political, economic, technology and social ties. He has great passion and advocates “Equal and Affordable Education” for all especially the children in rural India.

During COVID-19 Hemant with toddlers has worked to provide meals and subsistence to daily wage worker in Delhi. Moreover, he has also volunteered to distribute personal protective equipment kits, N-95 Masks, Nourishment Supplement, Ration relief kits, soaps and Bedding kits. He has also carried out awareness campaigns about the importance to maintain social distancing.

He develops and deploys unique training programmes on new age parenting, empowered teaching and child aspirations management with interactive social media enablement. Anshumali is a recipient of National HRD Network Award (2005) for his pioneering work in people, organization & community transformations.

Captain Lekh Raj is a veteran of the Army having served the Indian Army for over three decades. In his service to the nation, he served in the remotest localities of the country and is a serious advocate of education as mean of National Building. He has been weapon Instructor for officers in a premier institute of the Indian Army. After his retirement, he has been associated with Toddlers Transformation in working on ground level schools and teachers to understand their struggles. Moreover, he is an active social worker in Rajasthan helping the common man in all social activities.
